Public sector lender Union Bank of IndiaBSE -2.91 % has sold its entire 10 percent stake in Experian Credit Information Company for an undisclosed amount.
“The bank has sold its entire stake of 10 percent (1.4 crore unlisted equity shares) in Expreian Credit Information Company of India Pvt Ltd on January 30, 2018,” Union Bank of India said in a regulatory filing.
The lender did not provide the transaction amount for stake sale.
Shares of Union Bank ended 0.33 per cent up at Rs 136.35 on BSE.
