The Japanese company representative Rajath Aggarwal said YKK was keen on expanding its foothold in India in collaboration with UWIC.
Hyderabad headquartered building materials manufacturer UWIC Building Materials has announced collaboration with the leading Japanese aluminum system windows brand YKK.
Managing director Tarun Sandeep and executive director Chaitanya Boyapati launched the aluminum windows and doors made with the European certified technology in Hyderabad on Thursday.
They said UWIC is currently handling projects worth over Rs 60 crore comprising high-rise commercial ventures, villas, hotels and resorts across three South cities of Bengaluru, Chennai, and Hyderabad.

Currently having its manufacturing facility in Shankarpally on Hyderabad’s outskirts spread over 10 acres with three fabrication units and a specialised anodising facility, UWIC plans to augment the capacities at an investment of Rs 12 crore.
