Vodafone buys Iinet’s New Zealand Ihug unit

Iinet Ltd., an Australian Internet service provider, said it sold its New Zealand unit Ihug to Vodafone Group for 36 million Australian dollar ($27 million).

Perth-based Iinet made the announcement in a statement.
