Xo Infotech equity shareholders to approve Scheme of Amalgamation
Xo Infotech Ltd has informed BSE that pursuant to the order made by High Court of Punjab & Haryana at Chandigarh, a meeting of the Equity Shareholders of the Company will be held on October 29, 2006, for the purpose of considering and if thought fit, to approve with or without modifications, the Scheme of Amalgamation proposed for the de-merger of Information Technology business comprising of hardware & software units of the Company with Talbros Automotive Components Ltd.
