Global influencer marketing company Ykone has merged with Paris-based creative production house Mirror Mirror to form a new integrated group called One, strengthening its creative, technology and media capabilities, the two companies said in a statement.
The merger brings together Ykone’s Indian operations, including influencer marketing agency BarCode, which Ykone acquired in 2024, with Mirror Mirror’s creative and event production expertise. The combined group has over 400 employees across 20 cities worldwide and generates around $150 million in revenue.
The move comes as the global influencer marketing industry continues to grow rapidly and is projected to reach $90 billion by 2030. One has been created to meet increasing demand from brands for integrated creative solutions with global execution capabilities.
For India, the merger is expected to deliver a full-service offering for luxury and premium brands by combining BarCode’s leadership in influencer marketing with Mirror Mirror’s experience in producing campaigns and events for global brands such as LVMH, Chanel and Hermès.
Olivier Billon, founder of Ykone Group, said the formation of One marks a strategic step toward offering a holistic solution to clients worldwide, with India seen as a key growth market. Juliette Lambert, founder of Mirror Mirror, said the integration aligns both companies around a future-focused, integrated model that combines influencer strategy, production and events.
Rahul Khanna, founder of BarCode and a senior leader at Ykone, said the merger allows the group to move beyond conventional influencer campaigns and deliver culturally relevant brand narratives through creative and experiential formats.
The One group includes Ykone’s global network, BarCode’s Indian operations, Mirror Mirror’s creative and production units, talent management firm Bold, and data platform Campaygn. The structure aims to provide a unified alternative to the fragmented agency model by aligning strategy, creativity and execution under one platform.
