Shrenuj & Company Ltd has informed BSE that pursuant to the order of the High Court of Judicature at Bombay, a meeting of the equity shareholders of the Company will be held on November 06, 2006, for the purpose of considering and, if thought fit, approving, with or without modifications, the Scheme of Amalgamation of Moon Diamonds Ltd & Shrenuj Diamonds Pvt Ltd & Lavanya Jewels Ltd with the Company.
