This month 10(Ten) Schemes were filed, involving 23 (Twenty three) Companies, of which 9 (Nine) Schemes were Scheme of Amalgamation,1 (One) Scheme was Scheme of Demerger. 

Other facts are:-

  • 7 (Seven) Companies have paid-up Capital of more than Rs. 10 Crores.
  • In 2(Two) Schemes, the Transferor Company and the Transferee Company both are profit making.
  • In 1 (One) Scheme, the Transferor Company is profit making and the Transferee Company has carried forward losses.

No Scheme involving Listed Companies was filed during the Month.

PETITIONS ADMITTED

The number of Schemes admitted were 6 (Six) of which 5 (Five) Schemes were Schemes of Amalgamation,1(One) Schemes was Composite Scheme of Arrangement.
