NEW DELHI: Vegetarian food chain Sattviko has acquired Delhi-based packaged products company FYNE Superfood for an undisclosed amount to ramp up its packaged products offerings. The company said the brand and products of Fyne Superfood will now be merged with Sattviko.
“We are scaling up Sattviko’s packaged products aggressively. This acquisition is aligned with adding some great products in our portfolio.
FYNE’s products will resonate with our product strategy,” said Prasoon Gupta, co-founder of Sattviko. Launched in 2014, Sattviko operates through its standalone restaurants and delivery centres in Delhi, Gurgaon, and Jaipur.
Gupta refused to disclose the acquisition price but said that Darpan Majumdar, one of the co-founders of FYNE Superfood, will join the company and lead the intellectual property transfer for the next six to seven months.
