BENGALURU: Ubiquity, an Italy-based messaging platform provider has acquired a 51% stake in Bengaluru-based cloud telephony and enterprise communication startup Solutions Infini for an undisclosed sum.
This partnership will help Ubiquity build a global mobile communications services company and target customers in emerging markets and increase their presence beyond Europe. “This will help us to diversify our revenue stream. This integration of two platforms into a single compelling platform will cover the whole stack of communications in a seamless way for both large and medium accounts,” said Dario Calogero, founder, Ubiquity.
With this partnership, Solutions Infini is looking to foray into the European and US market and target customers with not only financial services but also get into other segments.
“We are building a couple of tools in India on cloud-based mobile services for the European market and this tie-up will help us get new customers from across the globe,” said Aniketh Jain, CEO, Solutions Infini.
